I tried not to speak or cry

We did it. We watched this detransitioner panel with middle 18, before she goes off to uni in September. She didn't want to so I'm proud of her for agreeing.  I had said last May, if she watched it and the film I wouldn't talk about it again with her. She walked out as soon as I paused it so we won't watch the film tonight. Not sure I could get her to now unfortunately. First time husband watching anything for long time too. He even asked about effects of T the other day. Usually his head is in sand. 

It felt very awkward heavy watching it with her, none of us spoke. I hope she took some of it in.  I hope she knows I love her.

I have done all I can. I know that. If she goes ahead I'll more than likely say more but don't tell anyone 🤫 I'm hoping she won't be angry with us for too long. We go away together at end of this month as last goodbye before uni. 😖 

Eldest is nearer her actual 1st appointment so I wonder if we can persuade her to watch it. We'd have to ambush her at her flat.
